Sometimes I feel very stagnant, overwhelmed and like I just can’t reach my goals quick enough or finish that long list of ‘things’ I need to do 🤦🏼♀️🤯📋😫.. ✨ Just scrolling through my camera roll and learning another lesson from my children 🥰 “It doesn’t matter how long it takes” Any progress is still PROGRESS! ❤️🔥 I will (in my own time).. I will get there 😍 It might take weeks, months or even years but right now I feel blessed to witness my biggest inspirations growth and see their progress 🥹 They have more colour, more taste, more texture, more variety and one day I will too 🙏 not just in food but every part of life. So if you’re feeling stuck right now, remember it doesn’t matter how long it takes, you will get there and always praise yourself for trying and continuing and pushing through ✨😍♥️♥️♥️

“Never shrink yourself to fit in with people and places you’ve outgrown” When I was a teenager, I was so insecure about my height. I’m 5 foot 10 (around 6 foot 2 in heels) I would often wear trainers to blend in with others to stop the ‘OMG you’re so tall’ comments!.. If you’re feeling like an awkward, long limbed, lanky young lady.. let me tell you it really doesn’t matter, it’s not important, you wasn’t born to blend in! Don’t worry about the small (tall) stuff! 😄 It’s taken me far too long to fully embrace all of me!. I love my legs, I love my height, and I love my heels! 😍
