Instagram vs reality Instagram: look at me on an exotic balcony just casually listening to the birds singing in the morning just after I’ve meditated. Reality: I slept in, I’m bloated, my PMS is out of control and that baby screaming in the background is sending my hangover from a 6/10 to a 9. Don’t be fooled by the Instagram hype. Perfect doesn’t exist.

How I lost weight so quickly? I sucked my stomach in, bent 1 leg, and adjusted my bikini. If you’re looking to lose weight and keep it off, this is definitely something you don’t want to rush. If you lose weight too quickly, your skin can start to sag and you put yourself at risk for many health problems. Your digestive system slows down, you lose muscle and just as quickly as you lost it, you can put it back on and then some. If you are looking for some guidance on how to get to your weight loss goal with a realistic approach, hit the link in my bio and let’s chat @cici_onlinecoaching
When you understood the assignment
Don’t Judge Your Progress During Your Period Periods can cause significant changes in your body, including temporary weight gain of up to 3 kg for some women. These fluctuations are often due to water retention, bloating, cravings, disrupted sleep, and more. It’s easy to feel like your weight loss goals are slipping further away. If you’re on a weight loss journey and find yourself being overly critical of your progress during hormonal shifts, remember that you’re not getting an accurate reflection of your hard work. It’s normal, and you’re not alone—I still have months where it affects me too. The best approach I’ve found is to avoid weighing yourself during that week and lean on support, like a coach, to keep you focused and motivated. @cici_onlinecoaching
Cellulite and Stretch marks. It’s normal. End of. @cici_onlinecoaching
Epic few days in Melbourne. Who knew tennis would bring so much joy? 🎾 Saw some insane talent 🇧🇷, belly laughed with the Brits 💪🏼🇬🇧, met up with some beautiful peops from back home-home, broke dry Jan- worth every sip 😎, and reignited my love of solo travel 🌍. Feel like I’ve been on a mini holiday and don’t wanna go home 😆 Thank you, Melbourne for all the kind, genuine interactions from start to finish. ✨ Back to Sydney rain ☔️

If you’re feeling unhappy, ask yourself this: “what can I learn from me right now?” I’ve noticed that when I’m feeling down, it often comes from boredom or procrastination. Even though I know that getting outside for a walk is probably the best thing I can do, sometimes it feels like the hardest step to take. Did you know that if you do four 22-minute daily walks, you’ll reach 10,000 steps? Once I realised this, I felt more motivated to get out outside because I was removing boredom and supporting my weight loss journey. I built this into my daily routine by: A) getting off the bus a stop early, and walking to work. 1 walk down ✅ B) taking a stroll during my lunch break, 2 walks down ✅ C) I’d do the same on the way home ✅ D) after dinner, I’d squeeze in one more 22-minute walk ✅ This simple change drastically reduced my procrastination because I had a daily goal to aim for. I felt accomplished; the extra movement improved my sleep, I shed some weight and I felt happier. Walking won’t fix all life’s problems, but it’s a great way to improve your mood. My best advice? Schedule it. You’re more likely to make it happen if it’s on your calendar.
Wanna know how I’ve done this? -4×45 minute training sessions per week -intuitive eating -10k steps -and ✨✨consistency ✨✨ If you want to lose weight, the key is to get curious about what you are putting in your mouth and be consistent with what works. And if you don’t know how to do it, I can help you. Hit the link in my bio.
How would you sum up each of the last five years in just one word? Feeling unsure about your journey? Try this: Take a moment to reflect on the last five years and pick one word that best captures each. It might help you see patterns or areas that require extra care or change. Once you have your words, do you notice any patterns? Maybe it’s clear where something needs to shift, or perhaps you’ll spot areas where you’ve grown or need to focus more. This exercise can be challenging—it requires some real honesty with yourself. But sometimes, we let a single moment define a whole year when, in reality, it’s just a small part of it. Acknowledging this can give you the clarity to move forward with more intention.
