I pernah buat aligners lepastu tak follow through sebab lockdown and never re-visited the idea. Wrong move sangat! Because my teeth condition got worst. Nobody’s fault – completely my fault. I tak disiplin, I tak follow through so I paid the price. Now, Im back with aligners, this time with sebaris at omnia. In total I need to change 27 sets! I only started my first 🥹 26 to go. Not everyone would need 27 sets, some may only require 7-8-9-10-25-27 it really depends. Honestly, I sangat disiplin so far. On top of that, I am losing weight sebab I can only eat twice a day because I need to wear my aligners for 22 hours minimum and I tak rajin nak pasang buka every 3-4 hours so I minimise eating time and stick to plain water all day or chagee in between. An hour break for lunch and an hour break for dinner and its flossing, brushing, listerine and aligners back on. Mula mula it was tough to speak with aligners on – shooting lagi lah!! So janggal.
