I didn’t even use my mixer for this, I just pulled it together into a dough (it doesn’t have to be smooth) and truly, it’s just always perfect. One thing to note, in the recipe, I don’t mention doing 2 sessions of stretch and fold (one you make the dough, cover, rest for 30 minutes, stretch and fold all around then let it rest 30 more minutes, repeat, then cover and let it rise and proceed as normal) and you can totally omit if you like and just let it rise, still comes out perfect! 😍 | Posted on 10/Jan/2025 21:17:28
