The first-ever Formula Woman Nations Cup is set to make its debut in the Middle East in 2024 with the mission to empower women motorsports right to the top of the podium. The inaugural event will witness 50 drivers representing 27 different nations compete for international glory. Set to be held in the Middle East in late 2024, Formula Woman Nations Cup is gearing up to make its mark as a global event with women at the forefront.
All of us go through some major trauma in life. And it feels like its the end ! This video intents to motivate you to never give up 😎 I met with an almost fatal. car accident due to a drunk driver. I was on the back seat. car crashed at a very high speed. The seat belt pierced me. i suffered intestinal perforations, 4&5 vertebrae fractured, 13th rib broken. Immediately operated & was bed ridden for days. Doctor’s suggested i don’t go back to my racing. With my physiotherapist’s help @nileshphy , dr.Nilesh Makwana i was able to atlest stand on my 2 feet. And yoga calmed me down. But i had lost all the strength to get bk to racing. Then i met Akshay kadam my fitness coach & nutritionist we started with body wt exercises , then 1kg wts for days. Each day we tried to achieve small goals. Some days were very difficult & body gave up many time. But sir was very patient with me. Rest was equally important. Next was nutrition where there was no compromise on. Till 2months i felt stagnant but suddenly with persistence & dedication results started showing. I could do my 1st push up haha felt i could win the world now. With the back problem due to accident we managed to do 1proper form squat . Then everything followed & the journey was fun. Now i can do 17 pushups at a go. I am back to my racing. But one has to understand it’s not about how many push up or wts you do, its about your over all growth. Its different for each of us. Uniting Racers, Rallyists and bikers. Mr.Raunaq hanspal Coordinated the event superbly and made it happen. This was the first time ever a FMSCI president ever came to Mumbai to address the sportsman. Apart from answering many Queries, Mr.Ghosh Promised that grievances from the athletes will be answered privately so that there are no misunderstandings and conflicts between other athletes of clubs. Looking forward for more motorsports events to be held in Mumbai.
