This one’s a reminder post for myself. This is where I reset. A reminder of how far I’ve come, how much I’ve accomplished, how grateful I am for how good the universe has been to me. I’m so driven and hardworking that I just can’t slow down, and I often find myself being so damn hard on myself even when I’ve burned out that I can’t bear to see my goals not align with my timelines. So this one’s a note to myself to remember to be easy on me, to remember to stop and see how many of my ‘then’ dreams I had come true for me and if I could just calm down and go about my process and believe- I’ll have my ‘now’ dreams all work out for me too. And because when you’re constantly running you totally miss seeing how far you’ve come and how much you’ve grown, sometimes it’s a good idea to just stand still and look over your shoulder and admire the beauty of the life you’ve lived and the experiences you’ve gained, the lives you touched and the world you built.
