A new type of UPI fraud is on the rise where scammers use a clever trick to steal money from your bank account. Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Scammers send a small amount (₹1000-₹5000) to your account.

3️⃣ While you’re checking, they send a fake payment request, making it look like part of the balance check process.
4️⃣ If you mistakenly enter your UPI PIN, your account can be drained!
💡 How to Protect Yourself:
Always verify unexpected payments—don’t assume they’re accidental or harmless.
If you receive a payment request while checking your balance, enter an incorrect PIN first.
If it’s fake, it will cancel the transaction.
