Day 1 went well with @elainepilates at @a.o.love.pilates Apparently I am back with a vengeance says E my instructor. My muscle memory for training all these years have always been in sync with my mind body & soul. I always love Reformer Pilates it keeps me grounded, strong, 💪🏽 , powerful , mindful, very disciplined! U can hv all the good energy too when u can talk to yr body & understand its growth & flexibility. I am loving my body every day. Channelling my Body balance is what I wanna achieve everytime I sculpt it! Nothing’s gonna hurt me if I am mentally ready & physically sustainable.
