Some of the stores I really love: 1. @sudhirbhai- They are not just known for their iconic bridal lehengas- that are traditional and royal-like ( ranging from 1L to 5L) but even their trousseau collection is beautiful and hand-picked. 2. @suryasarees_hs: ( it’s in Omaxe Chowk): The prices for the exceptional personal shopping experience is good: their first floor has an array of amazing sangeet and wedding lehengas at amazing prices. 3. Mehar : a shop that pans across the first and second floor and has some stunning trousseau pieces lehengas. 4. Jagdish Prakas Vikas Kumar; in the alleys of Chandni Chowk, I saw this shop that has some of the most intricately worked on lehengas but they are going somewhere on the higher price range. 5. If you want to go as low as under 15K for lehengas, Check @radheylalkanhayalala- 258, Katra Pyaarre Lal. 6. If you love vibrant worked on beaded lehengas, then there’s a shop called Femina Fashion right on the main road, you might want to check out. Price range : again 30K to 1L. 7. Raghav couture for your sangeet night if you’re looking for affordable glam lehengas. 8. Chhabra CTC Global on the main road- sell some stunning pieces within 50K- some light weight lehengas also go down till 10K. 9. Jalsa is beautiful for some indo-western pieces that look premium so are in the range of 30K-40K. 10. Asiana couture that not only houses Payal Kayel but also Marwar couture – Lehengas going up till the range of 5-6L easy. But even their ground floor has amazing fabric, and ready-made pieces, 11. Ram couture: a small store nestled in a corner in Chandni Chowk but with the sweetest owners and the best deals for you if you’re looking for some light-weight options for your smaller functions. 12. Om Prakash: for a crazy customer experience and some of the best lehenga designs you might come across in Chandni Chowk. #chandnichowk #bridallehenga #weddingshopping #chandnichowklehenga #lehengashopping

Designer of the Year: Torani! Why? ✨ Worn by stars like Deepika, Janhvi, Kiara & Suhana, Jacqueline Fernandas, Isha Ambani! ✨ A/W 2024 ditched pastels for rich reds, pinks & purples—colors that embody India. ✨ Intricate embroidery—dabka, sequins & zardozi—fused tradition with modern elegance. ✨ Designs inspired by 10th-12th century silhouettes from Gujarat, Rajasthan & Sindh, with bold cuts and backless blouses. ✨ Campaigns rooted in folklore, nature & mythological nostalgia. Being with you has also taught me sarcastic humour. On a usual day, I would make a cheesy post😆 but since you hate cliche, this post is not about how lucky I got ( which I did ) but how lucky you got that you get a million more years of me blabbering away to sleep with you, forcing you to take random couple-y videos with me, doing cringe stuff with you. And hopefully, a million more years of exploring new cities, eating great food, drinking the best cocktails 🍸, watching random movies, ranting about everything and shopping impulsively 🤣😎. . Just saying I am grateful for your existence ( and your wardrobe). Happy birthday to the cutest person I know 😘 I love 5th January because this is the day you were born 👯👯👯
Bridal moments from 2024. 1. Aditi Rao hydri Both her looks were an epitome of the ideal minimal bride. From the meheshwari tissue lehenga with a Banarasi dupatta, to the archival red sabyasachi lehenga- she stood out in everything 2. Kriti Kharbanda – this was one of the most ethereal looks I have seen on a bride recently. Anamika Khanna outdid herself with this lehenga. Gota work, Pastel pink floral motifs at the bottom just shouted feminine elegant. Her chunky jewellery was also on point. 3. Sobhita Dhulipala Created a buzz with her ethereal looks. In and Antique Kanjeevaram tissue saree, madhuparkam made of handcharkha khadi with silk zari border. Adorning the traditional jewellery including maathapatti, chaand suraj, mango mala, and choker, she looked otherworldly in her bridal fashion moment. 4. Radhika Merchant from the iconic Ambani wedding Had two looks again. She looked regal and queen like in her modern version of panten- Gujarati bridal lehenga from Abujani Sandeep Khosla – featuring ivory zardosi work, in floral booties , stones, sequins tamba tikkas and redresham, the bride completed her look with heritage jewellery from her family. Which look is your favorite? Let me know in the comments! #bridalgoals #bridesof2024 #celebrityfashion

Reviewing every lip balm on the Indian market. 1) @dotandkey.skincare gloss bomb lip balm in the shade cherry pop. The only good thing about it is? The tint lasts longer but it’s too strong and it has SPF 30. It lasts for literally 50 seconds, the taste is bad-5/10 2) @letshyphen lip balm in the shade vintage! I love the applicator, but the taste is unbearable, it lasts for 3 minutes maximum haha! And the shade is also good – 7/10 3) @simplynam.beauty hydrating lip balm- in the shade brownie, love the shade, like a taste a tad bit, more moisturizing and lasts a tad bit longer for sure. 8/10 4) @indewild my favourite lip in the history of lip balms, but I do feel a texture change in the tinted ones as compared to the classic one. I do love how hydrating and non sticky they are and doesn’t come with a weird taste or smell. 9/10. . . . #lipbalms #indianbeautyblogger #lipbalmcollection
Episode 2 of #RisingIndianCouture. We are not sleeping on Indian designers that make such cool stuff @ankurjofficial! Been a fan of your work ever since I first saw you in shahpurjat, now that you’ve become bigger and opened another store! This lehenga is an ode to the work you do, this is only for Rs. 86,000 which is a decent price for the kind of quality and work that they provide! If you’re looking for a vibrant and colorful lehenga for your carnival mehendi or haldi and have a budget of UNDER 1L, then do check out their designs 😍. . .
