✨ Small space, big impact! ✨ My team and I had the pleasure of working with the lovely Odette Annable to transform an area in her home gym into a versatile, sensory oasis for her kids—and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Odette’s vision was clear: a space that’s cohesive with the home, aesthetically pleasing, and supportive of Charlie’s neurodiverse needs. The result? A movement area that encourages creativity, vestibular input, and sibling connection, even with a 7-year age gap between her kids. Hearing how much Charlie and Andy love it (and how much time they now spend playing together) is what makes our work so rewarding. With its simplicity and flexibility, this playroom is designed to grow with the kids, evolve with their needs, and provide endless opportunities for imaginative play. I ♥️ LA. I’ve been sitting in the quiet of what happens after a devastation. Thinking of the words that could describe how I am feeling for the city that I love. I am a born and raised Southern California girl. I moved to Los Angeles when I was 19 years old and spent nearly 20 years living in the heart of Hollywood. My dreams came true there. LA introduced me to my career, my husband, my best friends, and my daughter (almost in the car on Beverly Blvd.). I spent my most formative years in Los Angeles. I experienced it all and LOVED it. I am eternally grateful for all that the city gave me, and I know it won’t be the last time I find myself nestled in one of her bungalows dreaming away again, but right now she needs a lot of love. My heart is shattered for my dear friends who have lost it all and for the countless that I don’t know who have, too, lost it all and are struggling to make sense of any of it. For the people who died fighting for their homes, or the elderly that couldn’t make it out in time. For the pets and wildlife lost without their home. For all of the families who have worked so hard to watch their memories turn to ash. I see you, and I am so very sorry. While it pains me to watch from afar and not be in it with you, it has been incredibly moving to watch humanity come together and show up the way you all have. And my God to the HEROES, the firefighters, working their asses off… I bow down. AUSTIN FAM! If you are looking for a way to help victims of the Los Angeles wildfires, this is a great one. Our friend @charissa33, who @dave_annable and I worked with on Brothers and Sisters, now works with an organization that helped many during the Thomas fire that she was also affected by. Her friend Kat Merrick has continued this on going fight with all of the other fires since. They have a truck from Cinelease leaving Austin Feb. 3rd heading to LA to help. They can arrange for pick up or I can provide you with a phone number and address if you are interested in donating items. please reach out to me in the comments or DM. I’ll be checking.
