Rajshri Deshpande Instagram – Health care in rural villages is another important issue which has been neglected again and again not just by the authorities but even by the villagers themselves.
Unfortunately The medical workshops are just formalities nowadays. The departments keep no follow up with the villagers. Better Doctors from nearby towns are not available to visit villages. Villagers don’t travel for further treatments and take their illness lightly ( specially women). Healthcare departments are not taking immediate action if any patients have urgency.
Medical Awareness by various agencies is not just to fill up papers. ACTION ACTUAL ACTION should be implemented.
But as I am working with villages since 12 years now but still not able to set up proper healthcare system which is sustainable. It’s a shame for me. And I am a failure.
Honestly The solution is not easy on an individual level till government comes on board with their healthcare boards and be strict, honest and follow all guidelines.
