8月からぼちぼち作品、商品を作り始め、9.10.11月は日本で働きながら空き時間に作り、それでも足りず、12月は毎晩夜鍋しておりましたら、肩から顎まで痺れるようになりました。大変！！ が、非常に楽しかったです。マジで人に助けられて生きております。ありがてえ。幸せ者だとしみじみ思いました。買ってくださったお客様も、ほんとにありがとうございます。

色んなものをつくりましたが、カナダ人に1番人気は、犬の尻ブローチでした。
来年も参加するならば、生きとし生けるものの尻ブローチを作りたいと思います。

Thanks to everyone, I successfully wrapped up Makeit! I was supported by Japanese vendors, got along well with Canadian vendors, and the whole experience felt like a school festival. I never imagined I’d get to feel this way at the age of 53.
Since August, I gradually started making products, then spent September, October, and November working in Japan and using my free time to create more. Even so, it wasn’t enough, so in December, I pulled all-nighters every evening. As a result, I ended up with numbness from my shoulders to my jaw—yikes! But despite all that, I had a wonderful time.
I’ve truly been able to live thanks to the help of others. I’m so grateful and feel deeply fortunate. To the customers who bought my work, thank you so much.
I made a variety of things, but the most popular item among Canadians was the dog butt brooch. If I participate again next year, I’d like to make butt brooches of all living creatures—depending on how my shoulder feels!
