I took little dance breaks while hiking the Annapurna circuit trek region which is one of the highest trekking routes in the world.
Noww before you hit the trails, here are some trekking tips that you must make sure to follow:
👣 Take it slow: Pace yourself and acclimatize to the altitude as you ascend to higher elevations.
🗺️ Plan well: Pack light but carry essentials like a first aid kit, extra layers of clothing, and snacks to keep your energy levels up.
