She wrote ‘Celebrating Spring’ on our menu because it’s the last moment of peas, favas, morels, asparagus and she wants to express how fleeting and special such things are. Last night, she was thanking our cooks for honoring the season so well and serving our guests delightful, wholesome meals. It’s indeed a special time here at LULU.
