Polocross… my new favourite horse sport. We had SO MUCH fun learning all about Polocross today. They first put Shawn and I on the same team since they didn’t want to cause a stir with us playing against each other, but let me tell you… it was a blast playing defensive against him. Our competitive nature came out, but in the best way!! I haven’t seen Shawn smile that big in a while! He picked up on the game so fast! Shawn got to ride my little Herbie for the game, since that horse is a star in the position he was playing. I switched to the most wonderful mare Lily, whose speed and determination was perfect in the defensive spot. Anyone know a good polocross teacher near Calgary?
