fun example of the full @teenageengineering field-series running as one circuit. recording my voice through the CM-15 microphone, then processing it on the op-1-field vocoder, using the “terminal” bitrate-limiting filter. . i loop that first vocoder section, then just continue singing normally without triggering any vocoder notes past the first loop. . the “clean” by @chasebliss is an analog compressor, which handles some signal cleanup for my vocals *before* they hit the vocoder, so they sound clean wether or not they’re being re-synthesized. . output goes from there to the TX-6 mixer for some final compression/glue and a little bit of chorus on the whole thing. that mixed audio signal gets passed by USB-C to the phone video feed, as well as a backup analog recording going out to TP-7 for archiving. . shelfy desk by @liftsync.us

CHANGING ME • OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO . welp, another day, another dissatisfying encounter with independent music distribution roadblocks ! . i apologize for the fact that this song is not on streaming services today, but i think i just need to switch to a different distributor because i’ve had a few of these problems in the last handful of releases. . unfortunately, this is going to take a second to sort out, so i figured let’s do things a little differently this time ! . this is the full song and music video for my new single, changing me. it will be on streaming services sometime around valentine’s day, and i’m straight up just releasing the music video early because the song itself was supposed to release today, and i’m too eager to share this work with you ! . all of this was made with @pika_labs , and also my residency here has been extended. i can’t wait to show you all what we’ve been working on, and i thank everybody who takes the time to read these captions. it truly means the world to me that i can put things into the world and people show up to care ♥️
