The untold story of Javed Iqbal, the notorious serial killer who tortured and killed more than a 100 children and then turned himself in to the Police. This happened in the 90’s when I was a child myself and I was haunted by this horrific story for months. Little did I know that many, many years later I would be offered a role in a film based on his story. The film renamed “KUKRI” after being banned in Pakistan, from releasing, for over a year, finally saw cinema screens all over the world. It opened the UK film festival and won awards in quite a few international festivals. It dives into the mind of this psychotic human and the cop who investigated him. many of you saw, but for those who missed it, it’s releasing soon on an OTT platform. Inshallah!
