It is finally finished. When I set out to make Happy Thanksgiving, I had one goal in mind: To make a film I was proud enough to send to Sean. 6 months later, he is the first person I’ve sent it to. I’m proud. I’m proud that I did what I set out to do. I’m insanely proud of this talented cast, and the incredible crew that helped me bring is wild story to the screen. Most of whom were students and worked for free, and day in and out worked their asses off. I am deeply indebted to you all. What happens next? I don’t know, but for today, this moment feels surreal. I’ve never been more sure of what I want for my future. 🥹🫶🏻🦃 Thank you to everyone for your hard work and love you put into this film. I love you all so much.
