True story: A while back during a booking dry spell, I shared with a friend who was working at Innovative Artists that I was worried that I was disappointing my reps because they were getting me so many opportunities and I wasn’t booking. 😓
And he said to me, “They aren’t disappointed in you. IF they are disappointed, they are disappointed FOR you. I’m sure they care about you and really believe in you.”
That shift in perspective has really helped me ever since ☺️
