Game day eats! 🏈🔥 We’re throwing down in the kitchen with these Honey Sriracha Blue Cheese Hot Wings – sweet, spicy, crispy perfection. Perfect for the Super Bowl (or honestly, any day you need some good wings in your life). Try the recipe and let us know what you think! 🍗😋 #GameDayEats #SuperBowl #SmollettEats RECIPE 📌 Save this for later! INGREDIENTS: 2 1/2 lbs chicken wings (8 wings cut) 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp granulated onion 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying) 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (for topping) 1 tbsp chopped chives Chopped parsley SAUCE: 2 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp sriracha 1 tbsp honey DIRECTIONS: 1️⃣ Heat oil in a deep frying pan on high. 2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, sriracha, and honey for the sauce. Set aside. 3️⃣ Season chicken with salt and granulated onion. 4️⃣ Once oil is hot, fry chicken for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and brown. Drain on a paper towel. 5️⃣ Toss wings in the honey sriracha sauce until fully coated. 6️⃣ Sprinkle with chives and parsley, then toss again. 7️⃣ Plate and top with blue cheese crumbles, more chives, and parsley. 8️⃣ Enjoy! 🔥🍗
