Hello everyone, I have been privately working on something new which I am finally ready to share. Over the past few years, I have been creating an animated world through stop motion. It is a dream project of mine that began out of the simple, yet burning curiosity to build a puppet of my character, Astrid. My fascination with animation, specifically through a tactile, handmade world has long been with me. Although there was no clear plan, what was clear to me was that it was time to start. I’ve reached a point in this process where I am ready to share this part of myself. The world of my work, “The Dying World,” is the amalgam of my past, my fantasy, and my life in the present day. I’m beyond excited by what we have made until now. I feel incredibly lucky to do this at all. I wanted to keep this brief, so I’ll stop here. Thank you to every single person who has supported my work over the past years, support which has allowed me to do this at all. I cannot wait to share more with you soon!!!🐦⬛
