A post can’t possibly capture all the different colors that was 2024. The magical in-between moments, all the times I was too engrossed to document anything, the impactful experiences I can now only recall as memories. But an ode is often still worth giving. This year was especially… crazy. I had to switch “hats” a million times it felt like. Work-life balance was not something I could maintain at all times and I’m ending the year aware and accepting of the tradeoffs. That’s one thing I want to improve on next year: balance. On the other hand, I’m grateful for having reignited parts of “me” that were dormant for a while, through writing music and filming. There was also so much learning and growing at @fromthisisland and through @maudyayundafoundation. News flash: keep an eye out for next year’s mentorship and scholarship program! Thank you 2024. I’m grateful for you. ✨

Wont leave the house without a touch of light. 💫
WE. ARE. BACK. Applications for Cohort 3 are officially open! This mentorship and scholarship program has historically become one of my personal highlights in the year. It’s been incredible to connect with young, inspiring individuals who bring fresh ideas on how to make the world a better place. The conversations we’ve shared, the learnings we’ve exchanged, and the community we’ve built together have been nothing short of energizing. It also has made me feel so… hopeful. Here’s your chance to be mentored by me, learn from an inspiring group of leaders, and join a growing community of future change-makers. Visit @maudyayundafoundation for updates, stories from our alumni, and the impact projects we’ve supported so far. Don’t wait—apply now or help spread the word! ✨
