The Andhra Pradesh government has launched a Digital Public Services chatbot ‘Mana Mitra’- a first-of-its-kind initiative that integrates essential services into a single platform.

Send ‘hi’ to 9552300009 to access more than 160 citizen-centric services across six categories- electricity bill payments, temple seva booking, bus ticket bookings, revenue, municipal and grievance services. People can pay for their bookings and other services through a payment mode of their choice (all UPI, credit, and debit cards) directly within their WhatsApp chat.
