Had the most lovely last day of 2024 at @lovesupremeprojects practising with @yogeswari.azahar – practising some deep detoxification with lots of side twists, setting intentions, letting go of unwanted things & visualising what we want to attract in 2025- 1/1/25 I will be practising and opening my heart again with @lovesupremeprojects ❤️ in 2025. A lovely way to end 24 and start 25..❤️
