Santhy Balachandran Instagram – My biggest learning this year has been to delink exercise from aesthetics. As someone who would give up if I didn’t see quick, visible results, learning to make fitness a part of my lifestyle irrespective of body goals has been a major mind shift. I still get frustrated when I don’t see the physical changes I wish to see, but I’ve been going to the gym regardless. And that is a major win for a couch potato like me.
