The Israeli actress became an overnight sensation thanks to her role as Esther Shapiro in the miniseries Unorthodox on Netflix in 2020. A Primetime Emmy nomination later, and Haas is now headed for the #Marvel universe in Captain America: Brave New World. “I think I’m part of a pretty badass club in terms of characters and also actresses,” she says of joining an elite group of female MCU characters as Ruth Bat-Seraph.
