We dove deep into wellness with John Belton’s transformative movement & breathwork, indulged in Executive Chef @garmullins deliciously healthy creations & soaked up skincare wisdom from @hel.mcmahon @_seabody 🧴
I even did a Pilates class which I normally don’t enjoy as well as a soothing sound healing session 🥣every moment was the reminder I needed to step out of my comfort zone & how we need to nourish our bodies & souls sometimes 💖
