Addite Shirwaikar Malik Instagram – I’ve always wondered why we celebrate Women’s Day, especially when all we seek is equality, not special treatment. We don’t need to be treated as ‘special’we simply want to be seen as equals. The men in our lives who treat us with respect and support our equality are just as important, and we owe that to them.
Today, I can reflect on this mindset because of the values my Aai & Papa instilled in me. It’s because of them that I understand the power of equality, love, and mutual respect.
So, let’s celebrate this day not because we need to feel ‘special,’ but because we are women, and we stand strong, supported by the amazing men around us who value us as equals.
