Lately, I’ve been leaning into a simple, intentional morning routine that makes me feel grounded, energized, and aligned — without overcomplicating it.

Here are my 4 non-negotiables:

✨ Celery juice — to hydrate, detox, and give my body a fresh start. Celery ( a few stalks , green apple ( half , optional ) , mint , one amla , and half a lemon )
✨ Wellness shot (turmeric, ginger, amla) — a little immunity magic in a glass. ( The recipe is on previous post )
✨ Movement — 20 minutes of cycling to get my body moving and my mind clear.
✨ Gratitude journaling — to anchor in joy, presence, and intention.

It’s not about doing all the things — it’s about finding what actually feels good and supports your energy.

If you’ve been craving a slower, more mindful start to your day, this is your reminder: keep it simple, but make it sacred.
