Greek Chicken with Creamy Tzatziki Sauce 1. Marinate the Chicken Season the chicken (I used boneless chicken thigh fillet) with: -Salt -Pepper -Chili flakes -Garlic powder -Paprika -Oregano -Thyme -Lemon juice -Lemon zest -Olive oil Massage everything in and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. 2. While waiting, let’s make the Tzatziki Sauce! 😊 -Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water using a towel. Set aside. -In a bowl, combine: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Juice of 1/2 lemon Lemon zest 1 tsp grated garlic Parsley Dill Salt Pepper Add the drained cucumber, mix well and refrigerate so it’s nice and chilled later. 3. Time to cook the chicken! -Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) -Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked 4. Pair it with a salad! 🥗 I used lettuce, cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion and crumbled feta 5. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and enjoy! 😋 This is one of my family’s most requested dishes – I made it three times last week! Haha! The spice from the chicken is perfectly balanced by the cool, creammmmy sauce 🤍 Mix in the salad, and you’ve got a delicious, filling meal! Save this for your next meal prep 🤍
