Don’t believe in going to a chemist and wasting money on a pile of ‘stuff’ that largely makes no difference to the length of what ever has penetrated my force field.

So when anything hits;
Stay indoors
Steam
Paracetamol only if needed
Warm throat soothing herbal drinks
Water, water, water
C, Zinc & Lactoferrin (see @leapfrogremedies )
Obvs my own BALM 6 to keep my skin from drying out and especially my lips and nose.
