I just returned from an incredible week in the Kingdom, where I had the privilege of co-facilitating a wellbeing workshop and assisting in the establishment of their Athletes Commission. Witnessing the transformation of the participants from the beginning to the end of the workshop was nothing short of inspiring. Our small island is brimming with potential, yet we must cultivate the courage and empowerment needed to initiate meaningful change. It all comes down to the people; if they aren’t fully dedicated or motivated for the right reasons, progress will be challenging. There’s still a considerable amount of work ahead, but my heart is overflowing with hope for Tonga and the future of sports there. ✌🏽☺️🇹🇴 Ofa atu moe lotu. 👊🏾🙏🏽
