There’s just something about hearing that, just warms your heart and brings a smile to your face.. Today I invite YOU to tell someone in your life how much you appreciate them!! You can do something as simple as a handwritten note, a quick text, or telling a loved one they are appreciated. Feeling appreciated is the most wonderful feeling.. to feel seen and worth it, to help someone gain positive self esteem… do it today ..it’s such a powerful thing!! My heart has been so heavy ..being born and raised in Los Angeles and seeing so many lives changed by these horrific fires. My daughter @katieaustin has been volunteering tirelessly helping the firefighters at their base camp and my daughter @kellyaustinmentoring has recorded this beautiful Emotional Transformation Meditation to share for everyone.
