😂 DANCE BLOOPERS 😂 I took a poll yesterday in my STORIES and the response was an overwhelming YES. You guys clearly want to see me struggle. 😂 It’s amazing how challenging it can be, to move one’s arms and legs together, in sync to a beat. I have so much respect for the dance community. It’s not easy. Steps are taught so quickly, and then trying to remember them all in such a short amount of time, and make them snappy, is no easy feat. But every day, with every mess up, I like to think that I improve just a little. The physical and emotional health benefits are amazing and the joy we all experience from dancing with one another is just so wonderful. (And I believe, keeps you young.) 😉 Truly nature’s antidepressant/stimulant. Enjoy the flubs. ❤️❤️❤️

What doesn’t kill you, makes you “STRONGER” 😂 NOW READ, please. 👇👇👇 If you suffer from mid-life metabolic slowdown, depression or “brain fog,” now is the time to work on that! Build up your cognitive reserve for those golden years ahead. With dance, there’s a LOT to remember in a very short amount of time, and not only challenges the body, but the brain as well. The frustration of forgetting the choreography, or the pain while attempting certain moves is certainly annoying AF, but even with a minor back and shoulder injury, I keep at it, without judgement, because moving (and grooving🕺) is better than NOT. 👊👊👊 And because I love it. It makes me smile (nature’s antidepressant) and gives me amazing energy. It keeps me healthy, happy and strong, and… at the very least, Well, humble. 🤷♀️😂 Life is short. Make sure you’re getting the most out it. Go dance with some strangers. They won’t be “strange” for long. Look at how happy everybody is. ❤️ Thank you, @nico_oconnor for another super fun and always challenging routine.
