With dance, there’s a LOT to remember in a very short amount of time, and not only challenges the body, but the brain as well.
The frustration of forgetting the choreography, or the pain while attempting certain moves is certainly annoying AF, but even with a minor back and shoulder injury, I keep at it, without judgement, because moving (and grooving🕺) is better than NOT. 👊👊👊
And because I love it.
It makes me smile (nature’s antidepressant) and gives me amazing energy.
It keeps me healthy, happy and strong, and…
at the very least,
Well, humble. 🤷♀️😂
Life is short.
Make sure you’re getting the most out it.
Go dance with some strangers.
They won’t be “strange” for long.
