Yesterday I cracked out a suit and went to support Mr @surveytech_ at the US Embassy(!), then went to celebrate the birthday of @leven2k with @minimineryt and @reisshub Sun shone, two women said they liked my suit (@nobodyschild from 2022) and all in all it was a lush day!
Getting back into a postpartum workout routine – I’ve sworn by @lesmillsuk and @lesmillsgrit HIIT workouts since COVID lockdowns. (This is NOT an ad btw, they don’t even know me!) Aiming for 4-5 times per week of GRIT strength HIIT, Body Pump or strength training, pilates and yoga. With pilates and yoga I can get the baby involved so it’s sometimes more realistic! #postpartumfitness #lesmills #hiit #strengthtraining

I’m REALLY trying to sort my audio out once and for all on my stream so @elgato kindly sent me the Stream Deck and XLR Dock to try out, so here’s me setting it up. This isn’t a paid-for post, but it is about a #gifted product. Also, very aware I look knackered – it’s called newborn baby sleep deprivation!
On Saturday I got to join @Playstation as one of the hosts of the first ever Playstation Tournaments XP, which saw four well-known faces captain teams of game experts and PS5 Tournaments winners in a quest for the championship title. We got to witness fierce rivalries emerge over games of @easportsfc and @fortnite, see rising @tekken 8 talent face off against OGs of the FGC and were electrified by a thrilling final speedrunning Showdown in an #Astrobot level built exclusively for the event.
