I have always spoken about the powerful work that Samaritans do, with thousands of volunteers supporting people in the moments they need them most. Now I’ll be proudly wearing a Samaritartan scarf to show my support of the vital suicide prevention work.
If you ever feel you need to talk but don’t know who to turn to, Samaritans volunteers are there to listen.
The free helpline is available for anyone who is struggling, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at 116 123.
