Katrina Scott Instagram – GRWM to teach my first class postpartum. This is my 3rd time postpartum and it feels different… in a good way. A lot of the challenges are the same— leaky boobs, cries, chaos, lack of sleep, endless logistics, and daily challenges of motherhood, but it feels less overwhelming. Maybe it’s because I know there’s an end in sight to this little bubble we’re in, or that my heart feels peacefully in place. Whatever it is, I’m really grateful. I actually think Carmen gave me strength through my pregnancy to finish the app and even more motivation postpartum to get moving again. I don’t know if the app would be live if it weren’t for her… she gave us courage and a timeline. Someone said to me in Studio Connect… it’s truly been a Labor of Love! 🥹 (whoever this was please comment below!)
