Happy International Women’s Day I’ve been shaped by so many incredible women, and today, I just want to take a moment to appreciate them. To my beautiful daughter. Nori, you have no idea how much you’ve taught me. Your kindness, your curiosity, the way you see the world with so much wonder, it reminds me to slow down, to be present, to lead with love. You challenge me to be better every single day, and I’m so grateful for you. To my sisters. whew, where do I even start? We’ve fought, we’ve laughed, we’ve gone weeks without speaking, and then somehow, with just one look, we’re back to being inseparable. That’s the thing about sisters, no matter how hard life pulls us apart, we always find our way back. You are my first friends, my greatest challengers, and my forever home. To my cousins, my non sister sisters, you’ve all been a part of my story, I’m thankful to have you as my family and my friends, always cheering me on. To the OGs who have been by my side through every season and the newer, beautiful souls who have come into my life, you inspire me in ways you don’t even realize. And to the incredible, talented women I’ve met in this industry, you’ve shown me what true support looks like. You’ve encouraged me, believed in me, and reminded me that when women come together, we are unstoppable. So today, I celebrate you ALL! The women who keep pushing forward, who show up, who love fiercely, who make a difference just by being who they are. Tag a woman who has inspired you, lifted you up, or shaped your journey. Let’s flood this space with love today. ❤️ #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2025 #GratefulForMyTribe. @mmchanel @morganmaggris @iiiaida @sanciapinto @fernanda.etc @bella416_ @tamaraduarteofficial @andreadrepaul @tenikadavis1 @christeladnana @nicolegleier @msvfox @bodyandsoulfitness @jacquelinemwood_1 @therealstafford @missyclaireegan @finolafilona @sharonlcase @femtellall @rndevereaux @f_alexandra_h @ann_elizabeth_ @janaearmogan @andrealewis @annehungstore @eli_art_5 @dani.times
Super Bowl Sunday: The ASMR Edition 🏈👀✨ The crack of the cue. The clink of shot glasses. The gasp when the play got too real. The sigh when… well, we won’t talk about that. 😬 And the many many sounds of my reactions? A full-on audio experience. The gasps, the sighs, the joy of winning 💵! My hubs was there to capture it all for your amusement! And honestly it’s too comical to keep to myself. Let’s just say this Super Bowl was a quiet one (sorry, KC), but we made our own noise. 😆 #SuperBowlLIX #SuperBowl2025 #SuperBowlSunday #GameDay @crookedcue

Baking up some love for my little valentines—because a sweet treat can still be healthy and delicious! Who else loves finding ways to indulge and keep it clean? Try this tasty recipe below and let me know what you think! 🍪❤️ Healthy Valentine’s Coconut Cookies Ingredients 1¼ cup Desiccated Coconut ultra thin, unsweetend ¾ cup Almond Flour 3 tablespoons Canned Coconut Milk stir can before measuring 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup Optional ¼ teaspoon Almond Extract 1 pinch Salt To decorate the cookies 10 dried cranberries 1 per cookie Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly grease the paper with a little cooking spray. 2️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine ultra-fine desiccated coconut, almond flour, maple syrup, and canned coconut milk (plus any extras you’d like to add!). 3️⃣ The dough should be moist and stick together when pressed. If it feels too dry and crumbly, mix in a bit more maple syrup. Too wet? Add a little extra almond flour until it holds. 4️⃣ Lightly grease a small cookie scoop, pack in the dough firmly, and release onto the baking sheet. Repeat until all cookies are shaped, leaving a little space between each. 5️⃣ Gently press each cookie with your palm, adding a cranberry to the center as you go. If the edges crack, just reshape them with your fingers. 6️⃣ Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. 7️⃣ Let them cool on the tray before transferring to a wire rack. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days—if they last that long! Enjoy your sweet, healthy Valentine’s treat! ❤️🍪 #MadeWithLove #HealthyIndulgence #ValentinesDayTreats #MomLife
It’s about time I hopped on this trend! It’s called balance… right? Whether you’re sober curious or just cutting back, there’s no one way to do it. How do you approach drinking? just curious. #NoJudgment #SoberishLiving
Lately, I’ve been diving into a few books that are making me pause and rethink things…how I move through the world, how I communicate, even how I set intentions. The Power of Now (Eckhart Tolle) is a reminder to slow down and actually be present…so simple, yet so hard. The Power of Intention (Wayne Dyer) is about shifting energy and mindset to attract what you want. Then there’s Never Split the Difference (Chris Voss), which has me seeing negotiation in everything, not just business. And The Alchemist (Paulo Coelho), a book that somehow hits differently every time I read it. Self-improvement isn’t a box to check, it’s ongoing, always evolving. What’s a book that’s changed your perspective?

I’ve never colored my hair before. Not once. It might seem like a small thing, but for me, it wasn’t. It was the back-and-forth, the doubt, the “should I, shouldn’t I?” that felt bigger than just picking a shade. This was virgin hair—untouched, a part of me that had never been changed. And maybe that’s why it took so long. Because sometimes, it’s not just about hair. It’s about identity, about comfort, about the parts of ourselves we hold onto without even realizing why. But today, I let go. I took the leap. And somewhere between the hesitation and the excitement, I found something freeing. Here’s to change—the kind we see and the kind we feel. #FirstTimeForEverything #NewHairNewEnergy What small, seemingly simple everyday decision have you found yourself in deep contemplation over?
Beyond thrilled for you, Karla! Proof that hard work divine timing = unstoppable. You were made for this!
Usually, I’m the one planning the experiences, but this Valentine’s Day, my husband beat me to it, surprising me with the perfect escape at Therma Spa in Whitby. ✨ From thermal pools to saunas and steam rooms, every detail was about slowing down, unwinding, and just being present. Love isn’t just words; it’s in the actions, the thoughtful gestures, and the moments we create together. ❤️ #ThermaSpa #ValentinesDaySurprise #LoveInTheActions
Love isn’t just the big moments, it’s in the little hands holding yours, the belly laughs at the dinner table, the sleepy cuddles at the end of the day. It’s in the chaos, the quiet, and everything in between. This Valentine’s Day, I’m holding onto the kind of love that fills a home, the kind that grows deeper in the everyday. Wishing you all a day full of love, whatever that looks like for you. ❤️

Sometimes, the best answers are the simplest ones. Like when I’m feeling snacky and instead of grabbing something processed, I just go for a handful of almonds. They’re easy, they actually fill me up, and they’re packed with good stuff like healthy fats and vitamin E (which I like to think helps keep my skin glowing). No overthinking, no stress, just a quick, feel-good snack that does the job. Healthy living doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, it’s just about making the little choices that add up.
