Sundays are a reset day for me! It’s the one day that has no agenda, diary, checklists or need to communicate with office or any professional initiatives. I make time for ME and what matters to ME!!! BOUNCE !!! Almost 10 years ago I was chatting with my daughter in her room and she said “ok mama.. BOUNCE!” I started bouncing.. and she looked at me in disbelief and rolled her eyes! Clearly generational lingo mismatch.. as she meant time to leave the room!! 😂😂😂😂 But I’ve never lost my BOUNCE and intend to keep it.
