Prachee Shah Instagram – Major #throwback to my first film ‘Hey Ram’ directed by the legendary Kamal Haasan Sir. For a 19-year-old to realise the grandness of it back then, was diffused by the speed at which the choreographer and Kamal Sir shot the song ( Lavni ) in Marathi and Tamil languages simultaneously. ( composed by the great Ilaiyaraaja sir ) .
And in between takes he would take time out to ask me to recite kathak ‘bol’s’ which he would play on the Tabla while instructing the Steadicam operator of how he wanted the shot. Phenomenal 🙌🙏
Sometimes, we dance through life’s grand moments without realizing their true brilliance—until we look back with grace and gratitude. Only now, with time and reflection, do I see it for what it truly was—a defining moment, a blessing, a beginning. 🎥✨
