They prepare 5-course meals focused on nutrition, with 2 options to choose from for each course. The menu changed every day during my stay, and every meal I had there was just brilliant. Thank you, @chefarvindjoshi , for such an amazing food experience. Don’t miss the high tea cookies if you go! 🤤🫶🏻 2. The Rooms & Architecture of the Place: Feels like a fantasy land, and at the same time, feels grounded. They have a dedicated sound therapy room, which is brilliantly designed to enhance the overall experience of the session. 3. The Massage Therapies: I loved the space and the curation of both the therapies & therapists. They also have a salt therapy room, which is cool! 4. Consultations with Experts: From Ayurvedic & naturopathy doctors to a diagnosis room to a spiritual teacher, they have everything under one umbrella! 5. Variety of Yoga & Other Activities: Every day, you can indulge in different activities & sessions. I took a yoga class, resonance therapy, sound healing & also indulged in a fun fitness activity out in the open. 6. Grounding & Gratitude Practices: From the time you enter till you leave, everyone greets you with Atma Naman, which means “I bow to the divine within you.” They play a prayer for you before you eat, sending out gratitude to food & Mother Earth. The Agni Stotra ritual in the morning honors the sun & the element of fire. The satsang in the evening includes some chants & sharing.
