Feminine energy starts to radiate when a woman allows herself to be soft.. to be warm.. to be nurturing to those she loves.. the more she softens, the more everything flows to her.. It also allows her to be seen in her fullness. Which she years for. Which she longs for. She longs to get out of her mind and into her body. This is the superpower of the feminine. To access the emotional world. To really feel through it all. And let herself be expanded through this experience. To open her capacity to receive more. And more And more The more a woman can live from and follow her heart’s and body’s wisdom, the more her cup starts to overflow And that’s when she attracts all to her effortlessly.. 💫

How do I meditate before bed? Here are some tips for you to unwind before bed. Mindful Breathing – this exercises focus attention on our breathing. By doing so, all the worries you may have in mind are gradually lost. Concentrate all your attention on the breath, on the inhalation, and exhalation. Body Awareness / Body Scan – This technique, when you are lying down before going to sleep, think about your body. Breathe slowly and focus your attention on each part of your body, starting with your head and slowly moving down to your feet. Feel the full weight of your body on top of the bed and let it sink into the bed. Do this until you fall asleep. Identifying Blockages – Before going to sleep, breathe calmly and try to let your mind go blank. You probably have specific thoughts that come back again and again to your mind. Identify what they are, observe them, and without going deeper into them, let them pass. You can imagine that you take that idea in your hands and push it away from you. The important thing is to learn to identify the worries that do not let you rest and let them go. Guided Meditation – Guided mindfulness meditation is easy to find on the internet to help you through your journey Start the Morning with Energy and a Good Mood – Meditation activates brain areas that are reward areas, and this is how we generate more positive responses. This chemical change at the brain level leads us to wake up in a better mood and see things from a much more positive perspective, bringing a more excellent value to our experiences. These happiness hormones, such as dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins, are activated by relaxation, and calm meditation generates. So it is not surprising that when we wake up, we see life more optimistically. @sloom.co.za
March is world sleep month and I have taken hands with my most absolute, favourite mattress brand – @sloom.co.za – to bring some sleep tips into your bedroom space!🥳 When it comes to getting a good night’s sleep, there are a lot of things that can impact how well you sleep. One of the most important things to keep in mind is the environment in which you sleep. This includes the temperature, noise level and light exposure in your bedroom. Therefore: Blackout curtains are a must – this will allow you to fall asleep easier Get rid of any sources of light in your room. This includes things like alarm clocks, electronics, and nightlights. Use a dim red light bulb in your lamp if you need to have a light on in your room. Red light doesn’t disrupt your circadian rhythms as much as other colors of light. If you can’t make your room completely dark, invest in a sleep mask. Exposure to light at night can suppress melatonin production, making it harder to fall asleep and stay asleep. This is why it’s important to avoid screens (including TVs, laptops, and smartphones) in the hours leading up to bedtime or in the bedroom #worldsleepmonth #Sloom #CapeTown #Sleep #proudlysouthafricanproduct
