When the firestorms struck, KATO closed in order to prioritize the care of their staff and support, and provided meals for those impacted by the fires and needing a hot meal. 🙏🏼
Opening again with their already planned collaborations with @kasamachicago @sunkenharborclubnyc @commisrestaurant and @kilnsf, these fantastic food and drink creators are donating all profits from these Lunar New Year dining experiences to @restaurantscare , a non-profit to provide emergency relief grants to food and beverage workers affected by the fires. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Having been lucky to have dined last night, the extraordinary minds, hands, and hearts of Chefs @jonyao 🙏🏼🏆@timothyryanchi 🥰🇵🇭and @geniekwon 🥐👸🏻melded into a unique and mind-blowing experience so incredible – the fusion of Taiwanese and Filipino (Sinigang?!Adobo?!Halo-Halo?!) foods with the the best croissant ever was a meal to remember always…served with grace and gratitude of KATO’s staff led by @dogsaget ✨🪽, who completes this triple-crown of a restaurant.
