The last two weeks have been very stressful trying to figure out a new birth plan in my third trimester. This post is to highlight a BIG issue I see in the American birthing system. I also want to say to Moms who have felt unsupported, belittled or dismissed providing one of the most sacred roles in society right now… I see you. I am angry. I want us to find a new way. And while I can’t solve for the entire medical system, I am trying to help women create new systems where they can scale businesses AT HOME, even with children running around. If you are a woman in business… comment “SOVEREIGN” if you want my 3 part content flywheel system in our free SKOOL training 👇

15 years straight depending on nobody. They say it takes a village… sometimes it just takes one man who believes in you wildly. It’s easy to celebrate the big wins out loud, but the real success comes from the unseen, steady support behind the scenes. Here’s to the “Nobody” that makes it all possible 🥂
I’ve always been terrified of birth. During my first pregnancy, I had panic attacks for the last two weeks before my due date. I was transferred from my birthing center to the hospital because my body was in such a state of panic, and ultimately, I had a C-section. I swore I’d never put myself through it again. And yet—here I am. Pregnant again, still moving through the very real fear that lives not just in me, but in the feminine collective field. We all carry it, whether we realize it or not. This time, I chose to meet it differently. I hosted a fairy-coded, fantasy baby blessing. A gathering of women I love—women like living oracles—where we crowned ourselves in pearls and glitter, painted goddess watercolors, offered microdoses for those who desired, and cast wishes through the I Ching and channeling circles. And somewhere in that magic, I released something ancient. Something I didn’t even realize had been gripping me so tightly. If you’re terrified of birth— for whatever reason— please know: you come from a long, unbroken lineage of warrior women. And that strength still lives in you.
Comment “LINKS” if you want the whole outfit 👇 I was feeling pretty depressed this week because I have gained so much weight and feel like a bowling ball. I shot a Hail Mary. I put on my new knit dress and fits from @sezane and it changed the whole game. Do I look like a cute gold bowling ball? #Pregnancyfashion #sezanepartner #trimester3

I’ve been posting 2x/day for the last 2 weeks using my Content Flywheel Formula—and my reach doubled. If you’re a service-based business owner, coach, or holistic practitioner wondering what to post and how to grow without burning out, here’s the strategy that changed everything for me: The Content Flywheel Formula = 1. Connection Content – builds resonance relatability. • Goal: Attract new followers by being human, honest, and shareable. 2. Authority Content – positions you as the one who knows your sht*. • Goal: Show you deeply understand your dream client’s pain—and can solve it. 3. Conversion Content – speaks directly to your warmest followers. • Goal: Get them to take the next step, usually off-platform (DMs, opt-ins, calls). When you rotate through these 3 intentionally, you stop guessing—and start growing. I’m teaching this live (with real examples plug-and-play prompts) in a free Zoom workshop next week. “Moms are not happy.” That quote stirred up a lot of feelings online—and I get it. But before we react, let’s pause. Because… I used to think that too. For a long time, I saw motherhood through the lens of exhaustion, resentment, and loss of identity. It wasn’t until I became a mom that I saw the full picture: Yes, we’re tired. Yes, we’re overstimulated. Yes, we carry an invisible load. But we’re also cracked wide open by love in a way no one tells you about. This carousel is for the nuance. For the real story behind the eye bags and the yoga pants. For the moms who are both overwhelmed and overflowing. Swipe through for the complexity of what it really means to be a mother in this moment 👉
