It’s the first day of April 🤍
And I remember as a kid how this always meant
April Fools Day 💓
I’m sorry in advance that this post is more serious than it seems,
But nowadays, the start of every month means a lot more to me: it means renewed hope and promise.❤️
March was HARD. 😔
It may not look like it on the outside,
But when do things ever look as they seem on social media?
Despite this, never has it felt truer that “time heals all things”.
Moreover, it allowed me to find happiness in things that feel constant and good.
One of them of course, being hiking. 🥾
Though this was one of the simpler hikes I’ve done,
It felt good just to go out and feel nature,
To walk and chat amongst friends who love unconditionally,
But most importantly, allowed me a time to navigate sad thoughts.
God is good. ❤️🩹
I’ll always believe that⋯
So no matter what is going on in your life, remember this:
God is faithful, and he will not let you be tested beyond your strength but with your testing he will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it” (1 Corinthians 10:13).
