At @mamafarm we have 4 different breeds of sheep , all heritage breeds @livestockconservancy .each breed produces different kind of wool. Now that it is spring and days are warmer we sheared them .Their fleece sent to @battenkillfibers to be cleaned and spun and then with @mimiprober we are creating blankets , ponchos and carpets

Amy Novatt @gynocurious and dr Laura Mac Issac we had a two days women retreat to ask them all possible questions about menopause ( still a bit of a tabu subject ) . We talked , learned, meditated, did yoga , visit the farm and ate delicious for prepared by Stacey @mikafood.
