(per person ) 1 tbsp – chia seeds 1 tsp – ground flax seeds 1tsp – sunflower seeds roasted 1 tsp – pumpkin seeds roasted 1 soft mejdool date & 1 dried khajoor ( chopped ) Add sufficient coconut milk to cover the ingredients ( I use homemade – lasts well in the fridge for 2-3 days .. ) In about 3-4 hours the chia seeds will swell up soaking the coconut milk .. When you’re ready to eat this Add more coconut milk if needed .. Then add toppings of your choice Overnight Soaked & chopped – almonds & walnuts Berries Grapes Dark chocolate 😍 I wake up at 5 am & do this before my yoga practice ..
