Angelica Ross Instagram – ALL NEW EPISODE! Here’s your Buddhist Breadcrumb for the week on “Time & Capacity” – I’ve talked about this often with my friends, but this has really been one of those helpful #Buddhist lessons for me personally. Often we ask ourselves, when is the right time to do something? To take action or to speak up? In #Nichiren Buddhism, the time is always now, no opportunity wasted. But what varies is the capacity, both our own capacity and the capacity of the environment and the people in it. So one way to make the most out of every single opportunity is to take a second and assess the time and capacity. Do the people that you’re engaging with have the capacity to take in all that you have to offer? How much time do you have? Or energy or capacity do you have to offer? Because sometimes we can pour into people that have the capacity and sometimes we find ourselves pouring into people who don’t have the capacity to receive what we’re trying to offer. But with practice, you can become a person who is in perfect measure with their response to life and to the people in your lives. So this week, I want you to make the most out of each moment by taking a second to assess your capacity and the capacity of the environment that you’re in, and then take action to do the best of your ability. No opportunity wasted. #NMRK @nowangelicapodcast | Posted on 04/Mar/2024 11:58:10
