So crunchy, salty and peppery, literally the best thing you can make with them and i promise you, even the pickiest eaters will give these a try! I simply toss brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper and some garlic and herb seasoning, place them cut side down on a baking sheet liner with parchment and generously covered in freshly grated parm, pop them in the oven at 400 for 20ish min and when they come out, peel them from the baking sheet, dowse with more parm and oh so much pepper!
